Marinated foie gras with red wine and blackcurrant liqueur


Back of cod, served in shiitake mushrooms broth 

Escalope of bass, spelt risotto with green and black tapenade cream

Pan sautéed lobster served with vegetables blinis in butter sauce


Guinea fowl ballottine, tender seasonal vegetables 

Veal kidneys in puff pastry, royal style vegetables in mustard sauce

Roast fillet of beef, caramelized carrots, crisp oven grilled beef marrow

Open from 12h00 to 13h30 and from 19h30 to 21h00

The restaurant is closed on sunday evening, monday, tuesday lunch
