All the dishes are developed from fresh products and cooked by our brigade.
As from 12 guests, and to guarantee the quality, the Chef ask to choose a unique menu for all.

Pressed marinaded and smoked salmon with smoked eel
Parmesan cheese shortbread, mozzarella marinated, asparagus (vegy)
Suckling pig ham with chopped parsley, vegetables pickles
Terrine of foie gras with fruit chutney and cardamon (extra 7€)
Pike perch roasted, potatoes « grenaille » with bacon
Thick sturgeon, pink berries sauce, and jasmine rice
Just pan sautéed lobster, with spring vegetables (extra 13€)
Seasonal vegetable risotto flavored truffle (vegy)
Roasted duckling, leg of « caillette » citrus fruit sauce
Veal kidneys, artichokes, asparagus, mustard emulsion
Beef fillet, potatoes waffle and glazed onions (extra 7€)
