All the dishes are developed from fresh products and cooked by our brigade.
As from 12 guests, and to guarantee the quality, the Chef ask to choose a unique menu for all.

Risotto of fregola sarda with vegetables, mushrooms and poached egg 
Shoulder of veal braised like a blanquette (veal stew in white sauce)
